How you should fill in SPA

Currently,SPA has being updated to SPA9

First thing first,you have to register a new account if you never done it before.

-Make sure you screenshot and save your password plus safety questions together with the answer.


when you succeeded in registering your SPA account,you can then start to log in.Next page you see:







So you need to click button 'simpan' before you click 'seterusnya' & make sure no mistakes.Next,you have to fill in about your academic achievements including:
-PT3/PMR/SRP
-SPM/SPMV/SPVM
-SVM: Sijil vokasional
-Peperiksaan ulangan for SPM (lets say you dont have,just proceed & dont have to fill in)
-SKM: Sijil kemahiran
-STPM
-STAM: Sijil Tinggi Agama
-Sijil matrikulasi KPM (for those who took foundation,you dont have to fill in & for your information,they did not ask for foundation results.You dont have to worry about that.
-Pengajian tinggi
-Professional/ikhtisas

But,I assumed mostly have to fill in PMR,SPM,STPM,Sijil Matrikulasi,pengajian tinggi,professional/ikhtisas...




After you push button 'tambah',it became like this.But lets say you added wrong, you can just delete & fill in back.



This for SPM page,it was already automatically fill in. So,you just have to double check again.If the SPM results was not displayed, you can just add it manually.






STPM & Sijil Matrikulasi pages were also automatically fill in.For those who dont have, just simply let the page like this


The 'pengajian tinggi' part,I'll explain for those with bachelor degree of medicine:
-Fill in the year of graduation: basically the year you finished your professional exam
-pointer:if your university didnt use CGPA system,just put as 0.00
-Peringkat pengajian: Ijazah sarjana muda
-Peringkat kelulusan: Sarjana muda dalam bidang professional
-Institusi megeluarkan sijil: your university
-Pengkhususan: Find  MEDICINE (PERUBATAN)
-Nama sijil: Ijazah doktor perubatan
-Biasiswa: if MARA loan,you dont have a choice, just put 'lain-lain'



Then,professional/ikhtisas
-you need to put berdaftar sementara dengan Majlis Perubatan Malaysia
-'Tarikh keahlian' you have to put the date on MMC letter
-'Nombor keahlian'- Put starting from T. It was in MMC letter too near the date.Example: T013554


After all these,next,you will proceed to non academic information.Later on,I will updated on this post.

Yang pertamanya bawak je semua dokumen tapi yang penting bawak dokumen yg pihak UKM dah listkan....macam aku kena bawak yg asal dan kena bawak salinan sijil yg dia mintak dan jgn lupa untuk sahkan salinan tu.... Bila je aku sampai je kat UKM untuk temuduga terus pergi daftar tapi sesi pendaftaran tu biasanya bukak tepat waktu yg dah tertera dlm surat UKM bagi.....nnti kena check ejaan nama,no I/C dengan kena ingat no giliran....after tu tandatang...
